Super Duper Winter Immune Booster
7th January 2010We all know Mother Nature’s immune boosters include the likes of Vitamin C, Echinacea and Garlic… But what most of us are less aware of is just how much to take and in what combination.
I’ve been doing my research over the past few bitter winter weeks into THE best combo for the obliteration of those nasty winter bugs that just won’t respond to the odd bit of honey and lemon or even penicillin.
If you are sick and tired of being run down and constantly fighting coughs, colds and infections this winter then take note of this and get them down you!
Upon a foundation of eating lots of lean animal proteins and seasonal vegetables and drinking plenty of pure water…
Take:
•Echinacea: recommended ‘Echinacea Liquid’ by Nutri (3tsp per day)
•Vitamin C: recommended ‘C-1000 TR’ by Nutri (start with 1 tablet 1x per day, building to 1 tablet 2x per day over the course of a week)
