Synergy Fitness Camps No. 1 Running tip

9th November 2009

Get supportive, comfortable shoes that are right for your feet. Everybody has a unique running style and have different foot mechanics. It is important for you to have the right pair of shoes for your feet and to replace your shoes when they begin to lose their stability and develop wear and tear.

Some shoes have more stability side to side. Some have more cushioning around the heel. Some have strong material on top of the foot.

Good running shops such as "Up and Running" have fantastic range of running shoes and cover most of the big brands such as Asics or Adidas.

They can also help to give you some great tips on how to tie your laces to give improved support and strength of the shoe and around the ankle.
