If you've made a weight loss resolution this New Year's then you need to read this!

How many times have you made new years resolutions that have fallen by the wayside a few days into the new year?

Last night my Dad calls me from New Zealand to tell me "This year I'm going to lose weight and have more alcohol free days!" "What a fantastic resolution, but how do you plan to do that?" I said... His response: "I haven't thought about that yet!"

We've all done it; the good intentions are there but without a plan to back them up all drive and motivation is lost before we've even really begun. Having the 'know-how' to 'go-to' is crucial to sticking to a resolution and most importantly achieving the end goal.
