Darren Thomas is a highly qualified trainer with over 5 years experience within the fitness industry.
Due to the time and money he invests in continually educating himself to stay at the forefront of the industry, he has been able to achieve amazing results with all clients in terms of injury rehab, weight loss and sports performance.
As well as holding BSc Honours in Sports Science from Liverpool University, Darren has recently completed his 3D Physical Trainer mentorship under one of the world's leading educators Phil Mansfield. During this time, Darren excelled in the field of human function and has been able to carry this knowledge over into helping all of his clients successfully achieve their individual goals.
Darren is absolutely driven to ensure all of his clients achieve the results they want. This drive has come from participation in a variety of sports throughout his life including rugby, football, boxing and mixed martial arts. He has also spent time as a football and outdoor activity coach, which has enabled him to become a very strong motivator and someone who will give his all in helping you improve your life, fitness and well-being.
