Eileen has a Degree in Human Movement and was a Head of PE until her recent retirement. She has loved coaching and training both students and adults in a number of different sports and exercise activities over the years.
As a former International Athlete and Volleyball player she continues to train at a high personal level, still maintaining the discipline and enjoyment for fitness. She has worked with National coaches and Squads of athletes studying the different approaches to training and has enjoyed using this expertise to adjust to working with all standards of fitness and ability.
She has a natural enthusiasm to share all this knowledge with others and she has been particularly successful with clients who are interested in beginning to improve their fitness and health.
Eileen is committed to keeping fit and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and has successfully mentored clients to realise the importance of exercising regularly.
